Job Context
Logic Software Limited –one of leading and largest software companies in Bangladesh looking for the following candidates o be responsible for generating leads, closing deals and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process, software product line and also superb interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
• Prospect for new clients through both phone calls and emails at standard-volume with a moderate expectations
• Follow-up on leads generated by marketing, which includes content and demo requests
• Eagerly to take new challenges.
• Deliver possible sales forecasts – and maintain sales pipeline with the goal of consistently attaining and exceeding targets
• Look for new potential client accounts and making the first contact with those accounts to create interest
• Schedule demos of Proximity products for qualified prospects
• Conduct standard-level conversations with senior-level executives, clearly explaining the Proximity products and value proposition to decision-makers.
• Help potential customers discover unmet needs and describe how we can deliver extraordinary value.
• Update prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management.
• Consistently achieve qualified opportunity and demo quotas to help ensure company revenue objectives.
• Generating leads.
• Meeting sales related goals.
• Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Meeting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)- Major Marketing
• Master of Business Management (MBM) Major Marketing (Optional)

Experience Requirements
• Fresher’s are encouraged to apply
• If experienced then minimum 01-2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Skills Required: Textile and RMG industry IT & Software Marketing, Textile and RMG industry ERP, HR, Software Sales.
